Now on three International Advisory Boards!

I am very pleased to share the following. Not all of the projects have web sites yet, but I will share them when they do.

I am now an International Advisory Board Member for NCCR-Onthemove. http://nccr-onthemove.ch/about-us/ which aims to enhance the understanding of contemporary migration patterns and to establish an innovative and competitive field of research on migration and mobility in Switzerland.

I am an International Advisory Board member for the newly-funded project, Glarus: Global Labour in Rural Societies (GLARUS) project. Funded by the Norwegian Research Council, 2017 – 2021, the project aims to explore how contemporary global flows of low-skilled and manual labour transform the social fabric of non-urban regions in Western society.

And for a while I have been an International Advisory Board member for a National Project in Spain that will be funded 2016 – 2019, The Construction of Europe in foreign residents’ media in the South of Spain and Portugal. Funded by Spanish Government and hosted by the University of Malaga.
